2. Remove vowels + duplicate consonants:

3. Stylize the remaining letters into a **symbol**.  
   - Interlace them.  
   - Curve them.  
   - Make it abstract.

4. Activate it:
   - Draw it on paper or in air.
   - Breathe into it 3 times.
   - Whisper its phrase.

Choose an object that resonates (stone, crystal, pendant, USB stick even). Then:
- Etch or draw your sigil on it.
- Hold it while doing the breath/send/receive practice.
