- Choose a **word, sound, or symbol** for each core energy.
  - “Shield” becomes 🜂 or “Valen.”
  - “Silence” becomes “Nuin.”
  - “Connection” becomes “Qel.”

This becomes your **personal code language**, usable in thought, sketch, or whisper to shift energy instantly.
